Sisters Hope

HF + VUC, FLOW, Odense, Fyn

Sisters Hope took over the leadership of a upper secondary school in Odense for 2 weeks using performance art as a medium for aesthetic and sensuous education activism. Eight spaces were created based on environmental psychology theories to explore the role of spacial surrounding on learning, teaching and knowledge production. Theories drawn upon include; visual theories, psychophysiological and emotional impact of environment, stimulation theory, the psychology of behaviour, perception, meaning, stress and control.
